How do Guardsman Warranty Plans Work?

1. When you buy new furniture, Johnson's will offer you a Guardsman protection warranty plan. We will provide you with documentation for the plan at the time of purchase.

2. When you need service for a covered event, immediately initiate a claim online or by calling Guardsman call center; the number to call is included on your furniture protection plan. It's critical that you report the issue quickly to help insure a successful repair.
